Yogurt Cheesecake Recipe


 Yogurt Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients:

- 400 grams plain biscuits or a package of biscuits

- 100 grams butter

- 170 grams yogurt or a can of yogurt

- 5 cups powdered milk (Nido)

- 3 cups sugar

- 160 grams caramel cream

- 1 tablespoon instant coffee

- 1 cup water


Instructions:


Step 1:

Crush the biscuits, then melt the butter and mix it with the crushed biscuits. Spread the biscuit mixture evenly as the first layer in a baking dish.


Step 2:

To prepare the second layer, mix the yogurt, milk, and sugar well. Pour the mixture over the first layer of biscuits.


Step 3:

Bake the dish in the oven at medium heat for 33 minutes. Then, let it cool.


Step 4:

Dissolve the caramel cream in water with a tablespoon of instant coffee. Pour the mixture over the second layer.


Step 5:

Place the dish in the refrigerator and serve it chilled.
