Here's a recipe for Oat and Banana Cookies along with the ingredients and preparation instructions:

Ingredients:

- 2 ripe bananas, mashed

- 1 ½ cups rolled oats

- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup

- ¼ cup almond butter or peanut butter

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

- ¼ teaspoon salt

- ¼ cup raisins, chocolate chips, or chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, rolled oats, honey or maple syrup, almond butter or peanut butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon (if using), and salt. Stir well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.

3. If desired, fold in the raisins, chocolate chips, or chopped nuts to add extra texture and flavor to the cookies.

4. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop rounded tablespoons of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten the dough slightly with the back of a spoon.

5. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until they turn golden brown around the edges.

6. Once baked, remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes. Then, transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
